About Career
Debut and Early Period (2006–2010)
Ravi Dubey started his career in the entertainment world as a model and appeared in more than 40 well-known television advertisements for leading brands such as Reliance, TVS Victor, Nestle, ICICI, and Santro. His success as a model paved the way for his shift into acting.
Dubey‘s acting career began in 2006 in DD National‘s show Stree. Teri Kahani, as the parallel lead Ravi Agarwal, in a production endorsed by Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu, two Bollywood legends. He went on to play the role of Veer in Doli Saja Ke in Sahara One, and subsequently took the forefront as Ravi in Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar, establishing himself further on Indian television.
He took over the role of Ranbir in Zee TV’s Ranbir Rano in 2008, replacing Vinay Rohrra. Viewers couldn’t help but notice his on-screen presence and acting skill, and he was soon cast opposite Sargun Mehta in the popular Zee TV show 12/24 Karol Bagh, which proved to be a major milestone in his career.
