Ranbir Kapoor’s much-awaited film Ramayana teaser has finally been released, but instead of only praise, it has sparked mixed reactions online.
While fans were excited to see Ranbir as Lord Ram, a section of netizens expressed disappointment, mainly over the film’s VFX quality. Soon after the teaser dropped, social media was flooded with comparisons to Prabhas’ earlier film Adipurush, which had also faced heavy criticism.
Some users even claimed that “Adipurush feels better”, while others sarcastically called the new film “Adipurush 2.0.” Many viewers questioned whether the makers would be able to do justice to such a sacred and grand epic.
Despite the backlash, the teaser has definitely created strong buzz. Now, all eyes are on whether the makers will improve the visuals before release and win back audience trust.
