Priyadarshan Soman Nair Was born on 30 January 1957, popularly known as Priyadarshan, is an acclaimed Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer. He has directed more than 90 films across multiple Indian languages, primarily Malayalam and Hindi, while also making significant contributions to Tamil and Telugu cinema. Renowned for his versatility across genres, he has received numerous honours, including three National Film Awards, several Kerala State Film Awards, and the Padma Shri in 2012.
