Aarya attended a private school in her hometown for her schooling and went on to graduate from Fergusson College, Pune. She has been immersed in the world of music since the 3rd standard, with her grandmother providing guidance in classical music.

Aarya marked her initial foray into singing on Zee Marathi’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi Lil Champs in 2008, securing a place among the top 5 contestants.
