Seema Samridhi Kushwaha (English – Seema Samruddhi Kushwaha) is an Indian lawyer and Supreme Court, advocate. Those who fought Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case.
On January 22, 2020, all the convicts involved in the case were to be sentenced to death, but this has been postponed several times and the convicts have appealed to get their sentences forgiven several times.

Birth
Seema Samruddhi Kushwaha is the Advocate and Supreme Court of India advocate.
Along with this, she is also a legal advisor in the Nirbhaya Jyoti Trust.
She studied at Delhi University.
She joined the Supreme Court in December 2014 as an advocate.
Seema Kushwaha joined Nirbhaya Jyoti Trust on 24 January 2014.
Matter
On the night of 16 December 2012 with Nirbhaya, who was traveling in a bus with her male friend in New Delhi, the first person, Marjak and his other companions were subjected to rude boobies and bad when they both opposed it. Got beaten up
When his male friend fainted, he tried to rape the woman.
The woman opposed him, but when she got tired of struggling, he first tried to rape her in an unconscious state, but when not successful, she severely damaged the wheel jack’s rod in her vagina.
Later, all of them ran away by throwing the two of them down the bus to a secluded place.
Somehow he was rushed to Safdarjung Hospital in Delhi. The forced girl was surgery there.
But seeing no improvement in her condition, she was taken to Mount Elizabeth Hospital in Singapore on 26 December 2012, where the woman died on 29 December 2012.
On December 30, 2012, his body was brought to Delhi and cremated under the protection of the police.

When and what happened?
December 16, 2012
Six people gang-raped Nirbhaya in a moving bus in the Munirka area of Delhi. The rape victim and her partner were thrown from the moving bus, causing serious injury to both.
29 December 2012
Seeing the anger of people across the country, the victim was sent to a hospital in Singapore for treatment. Nirbhaya died during treatment there.
March 11, 2013
Ram Singh, the main accused arrested in the case, committed suicide in Delhi’s Tihar Jail.
August 31, 2013
One of the six accused in the case was sentenced to three years in juvenile court by a minor accused.
September 13, 2013
The Saket court sentenced the remaining four convicts to death. However, the accused filed an appeal in the High Court against this decision. In September 2013, all four were sentenced to death by the trial court.
March 13, 2014
After the case reached Delhi High Court, after the hearing, the High Court also upheld the death sentence. In March 2014, the High Court confirmed the trial court’s decision.
May 5, 2017
As part of the judicial process, the accused approached the Supreme Court after being hanged from the High Court. From here, these rapists were disillusioned and the death sentence was approved. In May 2017, the Supreme Court upheld the death sentence.
July 9, 2018
After this, all four filed a review petition. However, this petition was also rejected by the Supreme Court.

The Delhi government recommended the Ministry of Home Affairs be dismissed.
