1. Justice for Scavengers
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the Safai Karamcharis Act is applicable for the cleaning workers in other states of the country, But the sweepers of Jammu and Kashmir were deprived of it, now they will get this benefit.
2. The matter of interest of Dalits
Strict law is applicable to prevent atrocities on Dalits in other states of the country. But this was not the case in Jammu and Kashmir. Now they too will get the benefit.
3. This promise to the minorities
The Minority Act is in force in other states of the country to protect the interests of minorities, but it was not so in Jammu and Kashmir. Now, this act will also apply here.
4. Laborers will get full wages
In other states of the country, the Minimum Wages Act is in force to protect the interests of workers, but in Jammu and Kashmir, it was available only on paper, which will now be available.
5.The promise of benefits from police personnel
In the new system, it will be the priority of the central government to provide equal facilities to the employees of the state, the Jammu and Kashmir Police, the employees of other union territories and the police there.
6. Promise for employment
Soon the process of filling the vacant posts of central and state in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will be started. This will provide employment opportunities to the local youth. Here Central sector public sector units and private sector companies will also be encouraged to provide employment.
7. State to be corruption-free
We have tried to bring a new work culture, transparency in the Jammu and Kashmir administration, as a result of which IIT, IIM, AIIMS, be it all irrigation projects, power projects, or anti-corruption. Bureau, the work of all these has increased.
8. Right to Vote for Refugees
In Jammu and Kashmir, for decades, there have been thousands of siblings who had the right to vote in the Lok Sabha elections, but they do not vote in the assembly and local body elections. Could have These are the people who came to India from Pakistan after Partition.
