Indian Railways is starting the service of some passenger trains to take home the migrants stranded between the Corona crisis and the lockdown. Amidst the corona lockdown, the Ministry of Railways is going to run 15 pairs of trains from the country’s capital New Delhi to major cities of different parts of the country from today. AC special trains will run from New Delhi on 15 routes including Patna, Ranchi, Howrah, Dibrugarh, Mumbai, Jammu Tawi, Ahmedabad. Railway has announced the time table for special trains. Some of these trains will run every day, some two days a week and some weekly. It is to be noted here that all these trains are AC, whose fare is the same as Rajdhani.

The booking for tickets for these special trains was done on the IRCTC website on Sunday evening. If you also want to travel home on these trains, then you also know which trains will run, what will be the timing and where will the trains stop.

Railway Guidelines:
- The special train will have only third AC and first AC coaches.
- Travel will be done only through e-tickets, which you can take through the IRCTC website.
- Travelers can book tickets in advance for only seven days.
- Passengers will have to bring food and water for themselves.
- It will be mandatory for passengers to reach the station at least 90 minutes before the train time.
- Those who have a train from New Delhi station will also have to keep in mind that entry at the station will be received only from the Paharganj side.
- Blankets and towels will not be provided on behalf of the railway during the journey.
- Only those with confirmed tickets will be able to travel.
- Passengers must use a cover or face mask at the time of travel and arrival at the station.
- Adherence to social distancing is mandatory in station and train.
- After arriving at the destination, passengers must follow the health protocol set by the local government.
- Platform ticket sales will not occur.
Keep these things in mind during the journey
According to Railways, trains will have only AC coaches. No train will have general or sleeper coaches. Railways have clarified that only passengers with confirmed tickets will be allowed to go to the station. Special care will be taken to ensure that the passengers do not increase at the station. Railways have decided that it will not sell platform tickets.
Will not take pantry car:
Petricar coaches will not have coaches on trains starting tomorrow. Railways have clarified that it will be better for passengers to bring food and water, during the journey the Railways will only give them dry ready-to-eat food and hot water, which they will have to pay.
Sheet-pillow will not be found:
Officials said that blankets, sheets, and towels would not be given to those traveling in these trains to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection. He told that these trains will have special rules for air conditioning, the temperature will be kept slightly higher than normal days and maximum fresh air supply will be ensured within the coaches.
