Brock lesnar biography

Brock Edward Lesnar (born July 12, 1977) is a professional wrestler, former mixed martial artist, amateur wrestler, and professional football player who is of American and Canadian descent. He is presently under contract with WWE. He is the only individual to hold the major heavyweight belts in WWE, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). He is regarded as one of the best professional wrestlers of all time (NCAA). In all, he has won 12 world heavyweight titles in major wrestling (WWE and NJPW) and mixed martial arts (MMA) organisations (UFC). He joined with the World Wrestling Federation (WWF), which was renamed WWE in 2002, and rose to popularity in the industry by capturing the WWE Championship at the age of 25, breaking the record for the youngest performer to win the title. Lesnar left WWE in 2004 to join the Minnesota Vikings of the National Football League (NFL), but he was cut during the preseason. He re-signed with WWE in 2012 after winning the IWGP Heavyweight Championship with NJPW in 2005. His 504-day reign as Universal Champion is the seventh-longest in the promotion’s history. He has won two Royal Rumble matches, a Money in the Bank ladder match, a King of the Ring tournament, and an Elimination Chamber match, as well as headlined several pay-per-view events, including WWE’s flagship event WrestleMania four times (XIX, 31, 34, and 36), and ended The Undertaker’s undefeated WrestleMania Streak in 2014. Lesnar began his MMA career in 2007, and in 2008, he signed with the UFC. He quickly won the UFC Heavyweight Championship, but was forced to retire in 2009 due to diverticulitis. Lesnar beat Interim UFC Heavyweight Champion Shane Carwin to unify the heavyweight crowns and become the sole undisputed UFC Heavyweight Champion when he returned in 2010. Lesnar withdrew from MMA in 2011 after a series of losses and more difficulties with diverticulitis. In 2016, he defeated Mark Hunt, but his victory was reversed because Lesnar tested positive for clomiphene, a prohibited drug under the UFC’s anti-doping programme. In 2017, Lesnar announced his second retirement from MMA. Lesnar headlined UFC 91, UFC 100, UFC 116, and UFC 121, which were among the most popular pay-per-view events in the promotion’s history.
