The Tashkent Files is an upcoming Bollywood film about the death of former Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri.
Lal Bahadur Shastri was the second Prime Minister of India and died under mysterious circumstances in January 1966 in Tashkent a day after signing the Tashkent Agreement, which officially over the Indo-Pakistan war of 1965.
The Tashkent Files has been written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri, who has films such as Hate Story, Buddha In A Traffic Jam and more.
